As Director at Cres Dynamics, I lead delivery of custom business systems for organisations across cybersecurity, telecommunications, manufacturing, logistics, and retail. My role is not ceremonial — I am in the architecture, the client conversations, and the production deployments.
Cres Dynamics operates from Kivuli Towers, Westlands. We build ERP systems, finance platforms, AI automation, e-commerce, and full business operating systems. Under my direction, the company is pursuing its largest enterprise engagement to date: a 12-module BOS for Millenia Limited.

I specialise in systems businesses cannot operate without once they are running — integrated operational infrastructure, not websites that only look good.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Project lifecycle, team operations, approval workflows, audit trails, performance analytics. I have delivered three ERP systems for enterprise clients, including a platform serving 89 users with KES 2.3M in tracked project value.
Finance & Revenue Platforms
Institutional billing, subscriptions, invoicing, role-based financial dashboards, real-time balance updates. One platform I built tracks KES 4.97M across 127 users with 99.9% uptime.
Payments — M-Pesa & Beyond
M-Pesa Daraja API, Pesapal, IntaSend. I integrate Kenyan payment rails into production systems because most of my clients process real revenue in KES — not USD test transactions.
AI & Process Automation
Claude AI, Gemini, Langflow, n8n, custom ML pipelines. Three AI systems deployed. Fifty business processes automated. I use AI where it removes real operational friction — not where it makes a good demo.
Cybersecurity & EdTech Platforms
The OCH CybochEngine platform at cybochengine.africa — AI learner profiling, multi-track delivery, mentorship scoring, cohort management, certificates, and finance — is the deepest vertical system I have architected.
