OCH Platform — CybochEngine
The most complex system I have delivered. Built for Ongoza Cyber Hub, this platform serves students, mentors, organisations, and administrators across separate dashboards. I designed the AI learner profiling engine, multi-track cybersecurity delivery, mentorship scoring, cohort management, certificate generation, and a finance module with M-Pesa integration and real-time revenue reporting.

Finance & Revenue Platform
A real-time finance management system for an enterprise client in Nairobi. Today it serves 127 active users tracking KES 4.97 million in revenue with 99.9% uptime. I built institutional billing logic, subscription management, M-Pesa payments, invoicing, and role-based dashboards for admin, finance, and viewer roles.

Business Operations ERP
Multi-module ERP serving 89 active users with KES 2.3 million in tracked project value. I delivered project lifecycle management, task tracking, team operations, multi-level approval workflows, performance analytics, and full audit trails.

How I Approach Every Project
Before I write code, I sit with the client and map the business: where money moves, where decisions get stuck, what the organisation looks like in three years. The system I build must fit that map — not force the business to adapt to software that was never designed for it.
That is why my work stays essential months and years after delivery. It was built around where the client was going, not just where they were.
